Extent can be altered while on field #60

Now, extent for a skill can only be changed in commandSelect. But it should be able to change while selecting target for command. Ensure that everything updates as it should (specialSpaces, etc.)

Provide visual information that extent is changing, such as the current extent, the cost of it over current sp, etc.
