Create an S^1 covering

The great circles covering is interesting because depending on the number of points on the original circle, and on the number of points on the rotation, we can get either great circles or concentric circles. With concentric circle useful for cilinders.

For numerical reasons, I think it's better to adjust the manifold to the axis, rather than the axis of the circle to the manifold
