What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to install PyBlues-0.15 On:
Ubuntu 7.10 - Gutsy Gibbon
Kernel Linux 2.6.22-14 generic
Gnome 2.20.1
Using the command python setup.py install 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
instead of install completed i see a list of errors

You should just use apt-get install python-bluez

If you require pybluez 0.15, then you need to install libbluetooth-dev
