Some kind of scoring system would make this game more enjoyable for the more competitive crowd out there

Part of it could be based on

a community effort (e.g., if everyone guesses correctly, or if the correct word is guessed at the end everyone gets points)
time, i.e., guessing the correct word faster earns more points It should also reward the one who sketched the image, not just the guesser.
