As a site user I want to visit a visually appealing and user-friendly homepage so that I can enjoy being on the website.

Acceptance Criteria

The website has a consistency of the design through all pages, so user know that they are on the same website.
The user can immediately understand the purpose of the website.
The website schould be responsive.

Tasks
