Service will no longer start in Windows 7 x64

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
gdipp_svc_32 and gdipp_svc_64 will no longer start automatically or manually.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Windows or attempt to start the services manually

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the services as running, instead I get an error 1067 when 
trying to manually start the services.

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
both 0.76 and 0.91 on Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below. Screenshots always help.
The services had worked in the past for some time (the beta worked better for 
me than the stable, as the stable kept giving me dll errors whenever I opened 
new programs)..  My PC had gone months without a restart.  I turned my PC off 
when I left home for a while, when I came back and booted back up, the service 
will no longer start.  I've tried several uninstall/installs of each version to 
no avail.  Any ideas? I didn't notice anything in the documentation, but 
perhaps I overlooked something.

It seems that gdipp doesn't work with my Win7 x64 either. As far as I remember 
it worked some time ago (approximately in the first half of 2011).
