-l how to find out what to run on my gpu? #23

I am kind of confused as to what this is asking, I'm running an old gtx 580 and am trying to figure out what to run at. How do I find this out?

Sorry for answering so late. Try to double one of the default values. Example: If the default values are 60 blocks and 8 threads, then try -l 8x120
