maxregcount #6

Hi, just some feedback. (Thanks for these updates!)

I noticed everything was REALLY SOLID until the maxregcount change today. My GTX 950 was extremely steady at 248 H/s and that steadiness was a big improvement over the tsiv version.

Now I am fluctuating between 230-248 H/s. I then changed maxregcount down to 80 but still fluctuating in the same range, hm. I'll probably switch back to 1.02.

ecs: ubuntu 16, gcc 5.4, CUDA 8

I have also removed -Xptxas "-abi=no -v" maybe you could try adding that again
