JSON config doesn't work #236

Passing -c or --config doesn't work.

./ccminer --config config.json 
    *** ccminer-cryptonight 3.02 (64 bit) for nVidia GPUs by tsiv and KlausT 
    *** Built with GCC 5.4 using the Nvidia CUDA Toolkit 7.5

I have actually never tested this option. At all. So it's probably full of bugs. I will see what I can do.
