Depths electrodes appear outside on the brain #12

Some depth electrodes are displayed outside of the brain surface when plotting the whole brain from above.

Example patients: EC180, EC181.

It seems that this might be desired in the case where the electrodes are indeed outside of the brain surface. I will test to make sure that everything is consistent, but if it is we might be ok to close this.

After testing, it seems that the main plot displays all the electrodes, hence why there are sometimes electrodes outside the brain surface. However, it seems that the subplots for the depth electrodes instead display only the electrodes that are inside the brain surface, hence the appearance of inconsistency. Once we discuss what the desired behavior is, I will make sure to implement it.

Confirm that this is the behavior that was observed in the previous versions of OPSCEA. I am closing this as it seems that this is no longer a bug. I will open another issue if we wish to make a change to that behavior in the future.
