346.99, 348.98 [M+H]+, 368.94, 370.97 [M+Na]+. (Bromine isotopes lead to two distinct peaks.)
Passed 8B_1 through a silica plug using DCM and methanol. Was difficult to dissolve. Collected most of the runoff in one vial and blew off under nitrogen but had some that wouldn't fit and put this in a new vial which was just left in the fumehood. Crystals formed in this second vial.
Initial NMR suggests that crystals are cleaner than straight vial but this is uncertain.

Columned 303 mg crude material with dryloading (DCM).
Collected fractions 4-16, 17-30 and >= 31.
F17-30 vial: 15.8408 Full vial: 16.0827 Mass: 241.9 mg (= 80% by mass from crude)
Fractions 17-30 are most promising - NMR results look good.
Crude (93.25%)
Crystals (99.67%)
Will run HPLC on Fractions 17-30 as well to compare purity.
Purity by Q NMR = 98.38% which aligns well with HPLC result of 99.67%. Ready to send for testing.
