Prepared round bottom plates with 1.2 uL of stock plate following diagram below.

Added 120 uL of fungal suspension - note that last 3 lines of one plate are made using Kim's suspension instead (transmission = 71.5%).

Placed in 35 C incubator + 5% CO2.

Making suspension:

27 mL RPMI + 2 mL suspension = 75% added 0.5 mL susp. = 68% added 2 mL RPMI = 69%

Results

Analysis made difficult by diffraction of fungus pieces causing inaccurate readings. have used min/max values to give approximate idea, confirmed by inspection.

Compounds identified for further MIC screening: MYOS423, 432, 535, 617, 619, 726, 727, 731. Anomaly noted with MYSO420 - MIC doesn't show inhibition, but high/low screening does. May just be effective at high doses only.
