inoculated 2 x tubes with Dounia's 26/8 mm55 2018

Only used tube B.

42.5 mL media + 5 mL suspension = 82 removed 7.5 mL, + 2 suspension = 77

Used same tube for all 3 plates.

Pipetting error: Either added 535 on top of 730 in row 1, OR added 535 to row 3 twice. (Plate 2).
