Used plate subbed 18/10, half a plate per tube.

P1

Used Dounia's plate subbed 21/10, was spread out unlike mine. Half a plate per tube.

I1

Used plates subbed 10/10, 1 plate per tube as they were only ~3 cm in diameter.

All tubes filled to ~22.5 mL with media.
