Re-doing mm55 for 420 plate only as some results from previous duplicates are confusing.

Used Dounia's mm55 (subbed 29/10), 1 plate for 2 tubes.

Parijs

1 plate for 2 tubes, subbed 29/10

Peru

1 plate per tube, 2 tubes - fungal growth was small (subbed 25/10 I think?)

Made up plates - well 5 in 420 row is empty, unsure why this is. Can use well 5 as a extra control I guess!
