Cartridge | SNAP KP-Sil 25g Flowrate | 75 ml/min Solvent A | Dichloromethane Solvent B | 1-9-90 NH4OH-MeOH-DCM

Fractions 25-34 appear to be the cleanest, though uncertain what the minor peak at 3.92 represents.

Fractions 25-27 and 28-34 both still contained grease. Triturated to remove.

F25-27 - dissolved in MeCN and washed with spectroscopic grade hexane (5 x 2 mL). F28-34 - washed with spectroscopic grade hexane (5 x 1.5 mL).

NMR indicates that acetonitrile wash was more effective - grease is ~ 20% of that in the other sample.
