Bug Fix 1: Process Items for Graph At Bottom

/process_items 
is a post API that when clicked will process the items for that specific time.

[ ] Ensure the timezone is passed from the front end while the process API gets hit.
[ ] Ensure if the person is visiting the profile then also, the process API gets called for the profile that gets visited instead of self profile.
[ ] Loop it for the entirety of the duration, if not processed then sure it gets processed properly.
[ ] Ensure only upload of the entirety of data initially the process_data API can be called.
