Write a universal, type-stable function for the 4 categories of prediction

classification of currentCogScores from an arbitrary profile matrix (taxa, functions, unirefs)
regression of currentCogScores from an arbitrary profile matrix (taxa, functions, unirefs)
classification of futureCogScores from an arbitrary profile matrix (taxa, functions, unirefs)
regression of futureCogScores from an arbitrary profile matrix (taxa, functions, unirefs)

and replace repeated/pasted codes on notebooks D02-D05 (taxonomic profiles) and D11-D14 (functional profiles)
