[80d7da3] here I was basically using the rule in snakemakedocs. Based on this the rule should start with 100 MB of memory and then 200 MB etc. What should that original memory requirement be, or is memory not what we should be adjusting? @kescobo

The expected memory for each rule is in the cluster config template
