[retire] Retire now on project pool listing not population RA correctly #412

The Retire Now button on pool listings on project details pages is not passing parameters correctly to the retirement aggregator.

As an example, this project https://www.carbonmark.com/projects/VCS-1718-2013 should take you to the 0x Address part of the RA and be populated with the token address, however, you end up on the Default tab.

The pool token is set correctly.

It does appear to work correctly for a BCT project, for ex https://www.carbonmark.com/projects/VCS-493-2008

Confirmed that this is broken for UBO, NCT. I cannot confirm NBO since we don't seem to list any NBO projects.
