[filter] Add "contains seller listing" filter option

When filtering projects, given that a project may have multiple listing (pool and seller) it would be helpful to be able to filter for projects that have a seller listing.

@theprofessora I know we will have this as a filter option in CM 2.5 UI design updates but I'd like to get this implemented in the current CM version.

Can you please add an option in the current filter UI to allow users to select projects in the marketplace that have a seller listing?

@0xMakka here is an enhancement to the project filtering UI you built.

• see design here
• add a toggle option to filter marketplace projects by those that "contains a seller listing"
• should be applied to desktop and mobile screens
• also note the info ? that should be added; this should leverage our standard info pop up component
• [note] Brice to provide content/copy for the info pop up
• no requirement to surface this filter option on the marketplace page itself, the user will need to open the filter modal to view or change the toggle setting
• CLEAR FILTERS button in the modal and the marketplace controls should set the toggle to off (i.e. show all projects)
