Update the disclaimer text to change all occurrences of KlimaDAO to Carbonmark and crypto-assets to digital-assets

@0xMakka Feel free to merge once conflicts are resolved

@0xemc & @jabby09 - was having difficulty with the translation conflicts on this branch. My git seemed to be in a weird state when interacting with this branch and went through multiple rebases but didn't fix the conflicts, so will close this branch off.

I've re-created the branch of the latest staging here - https://github.com/KlimaDAO/klimadao/pull/2314 The changes are the same just hopefully without the translation conflicts.
