Update the disclaimer text to change all occurrences of KlimaDAO to Carbonmark and crypto-assets to digital-assets

Apologies @jabby09, I know you already QA passed the previous branch but if you could give this new branch a once over again that would be awesome. I spent some time trying to fix the conflicts on the other branch to no effect, not sure what was going on with it.
