Describe the bug
I noticed on mobile on the retire & buy view when you scroll to the bottom of the page the "Retire Carbon" & "Continue" button gets hidden under the cards when scrolling to the bottom (see attached videos). The issue is there is a position: sticky element applied to the "Total Price" card as we want this section to scroll on desktop. However we don't need the sticky element applied on mobile as it makes it difficult at times to actually see the button and could cause confusion with users.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to VCS-191-2008 on a mobile device and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Expand the Asset Details card
The Continue button gets hidden under the card
Expected behavior
The "Continue" and "Retire Carbon" buttons shouldn't scroll and get hidden under the cards on mobile devices.
