Added link in the footer to "Voorwaarden" and updated info for "Stel je vraag" #109

Also changed slightly the CSS to prevent the other links from jumping to the next line.

We should also show the KvK number of the Stichting in the footer under Een initiatief van..., but wasn't sure if we'd have to add another block in the footer-bar.scss for that.
