Added links and proper URL to in behandeling #84

This is building on the suggestions of #82

Regarding the categories for questions, Fabrique built the Question model on the premise of questions being strings, while for the Answers, the categories are objects themselves. This creates a very big mismatch to display categories for questions or to try to filter by them.

The problem with the spacing after the title of the question would have to be addressed later, it stops being a quickhack, sadly, since it is based on the home page template which determines a fixed height for the block, etc.

Someone just contacted us on Twitter saying that they ran into a 500 server error when submitting a question. Upon reproducing the error, I got the same. I suspect this could have to do with this new PR, since I guess it's the most recent change to the website. Do you have time to look into this @aquilesC ?

Yes, got an e-mail warning, looking into it. I think the question was saved, the e-mail may have been lost. Try to get something working soon.
