Update _form.scss #99

Commented out the transform to lowercase to fix issue 305 on Gitlab. It would change other form-related messages to not have automatic lower-case, but I think that's a good thing.

With this change, the following messages will show as they are typed:

'Waar gaat je vraag over?'
'Formuleer je vraag'
'Bedankt voor het stellen van je vraag. We nemen je vraag in behandeling en proberen zo snel mogelijk een expert te vinden die je vraag kan beantwoorden..'
'Sorry.. Er is iets misgegaan'
'Bedankt voor je vraag!'
'Laat je mailadres achter als je op de hoogte gehouden wilt worden [optioneel].'

If they are OK as they appear, I'll merge the changes.

The capitalization looks good! As already mentioned, it would be good to remove the 2nd . after "beantwoorden". And maybe add a 3rd . after sorry?
