Remove Jupyter notebooks from KAPy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Jupyter is a big heavy machine with lots of dependencies. Removing it would simply the KAPy workspace substantially (citation needed!) and would also make a clearly distinction between what is KAPy and what is user oriented

Describe the solution you'd like Remove Jupyter notebook production from KAPy. Replace it with producing png plots directly (or not at all).

Additional context

• Need to check the degree of dependencies associated with plotnine and the likes
• Ideally would need to find a way to handle multiple (nested) conda environments as well, so that we could have KAPy production and KAPy-dev. The environment handling aspects of Snakemake may be ideal here.
