Some functions, such as FWI, return multiple derived variables in one hit. We want the user to be able to capture and store these all.

Requires an output specification in the derived variables, plus the ability to capture, store and save the results.
Also requires some tweaking to the workflow, and rule definitions in the Snakefile.
