Press to expand scope 3 emissions to show categories #25

The description for the scope 3 category could be part of this. This would allow us to turn each scope (1,2,3) into accordion sections.

Alternatively, we could use a link/button to show scope 3 categories.

We discussed this earlier to day and agreed to keep it visible by default, but with a tighter layout to make it clear what parts belong together.

This was partially resolved by #78
