Add new icons for scope 3 categories
Add colors to icons to make the page more interesting
Update titles and descriptions for scope 3 categories
Remove old local icons
Update icon for CompanyGoals and CompanyInitiatives
Add support for using icons in both Svelte and Astro components
Remove lucide-svelte in favor of unplugin-icons and @iconify-json/lucide
