Hi @tonn0297,
It did not look like there was a Klipper log file attached to this ticket. The log file has been engineered to answer common questions the Klipper developers have about the software and its environment (software version, hardware type, configuration, event timing, and hundreds of other questions).
Unfortunately, too many people have opened tickets without providing the log. That consumes developer time; time that would be better spent enhancing the software. If this ticket references an event that has occurred while running the software then the Klipper log must be attached to this ticket. Otherwise, this ticket will be automatically closed in a few days.
For information on obtaining the Klipper log file see: https://github.com/KevinOConnor/klipper/blob/master/docs/Contact.md
The log can still be attached to this ticket - just add a comment and attach the log to that comment.
Best regards, ~ Your friendly GitIssueBot

Probably doesn't help but I have a version of Klipper from 7 days ago working fine on an SKR V1.3. Initial upload was via the SD card which worked fine, after that (with klipper firmware running) I was able to use make flash
Probably worth trying a different SD card and/or reformatting the card. Perhaps a silly question but how did you get the bin file onto the SD card? Could the file have been corrupted in the process of moving it?
Here is my .config file if it helps... https://github.com/gloomyandy/klipper/blob/myskr1.3/.config
i winscp on the the pc and took it out after i did the make
and mine config looks like this= /
*/
Did you rename the "klipper.bin" to "firmware.bin" on the sd-card?
It appears the Klipper log file was not provided. I'm closing this now, sorry. Feel free to attach the log to this ticket sometime in the future, or create a new issue once you can provide the log file.
@tonn0297 I had issues when I accidentally said "no" to the smoothie bootloader, which is looks like you have done:
#define CONFIG_SMOOTHIEWARE_BOOTLOADER 0
Hello. i have a skr v1.3 and i can´t load the firmware over. i have tried both via the installer and taking the .bin file and putting it on the sd card. if i put it on the sd card it just stalls. like its loading firmware but never gets done. i have selected the right prossesor.
i hope you can help me.
