Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_x' register IFCNT #4586

I have 2 Bigtreetech SKR 1.4 Turbo boards. One continually has MCU error. I have checked, rechecked and rewired this several times. I have reflashed the board and i still get this error. I had the same issue with the 2nd board but after i reflashed it this was fixed. now i get this error Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_x' register IFCNT. I have replaced the cable from motor to board with 3 different cables and i have also replaced the stepper drivers. I had a new box of 5 and have tried everyone of them. I have replace the X motor with 4 different ones. This did not fix the issue. This has been weeks now with many many hours trying to solve this. I have just tried another batch of new cables without success. The first board i suspect that it may be faulty.
