I got TMC ERROR Issues #4752

TMC 'stepper_z' reports error: DRV_STATUS: 40190090 s2vsa=1(LowSideShort_A!) olb=1(OpenLoad_B!) cs_actual=25 stealth=1 I got this after I open my printer today. and after I home it in G28 all Axis have strange sound and move in the wrong direction with the very loud sound.
