Z axis twitches on X or Y move #4811

Hello. I have FlyingBear Ghost 5 with Raspberry PI 3 + Robin Nano 1.1 (UART). All drivers tmc2209, Z - axis A4988 (waiting for new 2209) When I move X or Y axis from UI Z axis makes noise like knocking. You can feel it by the fingers on Z axis. I rollback to marlin and no any Z axis noise on X, Y movement. I try to raplace A4988 to 2209, and noise has changed - knocks disappeared, but i can feel Z axis twitches by my fingers.

I made videos about this: https://photos.app.goo.gl/JwDFgQmrXEMWG6vp7 Also this issue ob printing: https://photos.app.goo.gl/RvzGsgNkHot2fSJKA If you look closely, you can see slight twitching of the Z axis.

Step to reproduse:

  1. Home all axis
  2. Move X or Y by step 50mm to any direction
  3. Listen

Thanks
