config: Fix sensorless homing for SV06 Plus #6401

In testing with a user on Discord we discovered the sensorless homing thresholds were out of line with what Sovol ships with Marlin. Updated printer-sovol-sv06-plus-2023.cfg to align with their settings.

Thanks, so you used stock settings from marlin, and not the settings you use on your printer?

I don't have the plus. In testing with someone who does we found the stock settings to work as intended.
