Revo Uninstaller has a "Hunter Mode" feature that is similar to BCU's "Target an application" feature. However, Revo hides the main window when triggered, so the use as the application's main window is not in the way. It also shows a preview of the application name, directory, etc. that updates in real time as the user drags the crosshair over an application.
I would suggest moving the "Select using install folder" section to the "Uninstall from directory..." option under the Tools menu, if they are the same thing.
