[Feature Request] Support Emacs-style page scrolling shortcuts (C-v and M-v) #1

Thank you for this amazing project and the great help it has provided me. I would like to request support for Emacs-style page scrolling shortcuts, specifically the bindings for C-v (scroll down) and M-v (scroll up). This feature would greatly enhance the usability for Emacs users like myself. Thank you in advance for considering my request.

@HoneyLin, thank you for feedback!

I'll try to add commands to scroll up/down, but for now I don't see how to implement it with basic Obsidian Plugins API.

I'm also open for PRs for this feature.

I'm afraid, there is no recipe for the issue from my side for now. I will close the issue and put info to README.md until find any resolution.
