Keyboard repeat works on MacOS, not Windows #6

When I hold down the right arrow key in Obsidian, the cursor keeps moving right until I lift it. I'd expect that, when I've mapped Navigate Forward to Ctrl + f, then I'd see the key movement repeat in the same way.

Actually, this does work when I run Obsidian in MacOS, but not in Windows. Could this actually be a bug in Obsidian's Windows implementation?

I think this is the same problem as in #2, but with new information.

I am not thinking that this is a bug, because on Linux we also have no repetition on holding.
