Test failures #16

So far the tests from cpan testers are all coming back green:

Let's wait until there are about fifty or so green tests and then the test failure issues can be considered closed.

Great! Why do some say 0.04 and some say 0.04_02? Should we expect them all to go to 0.04_02 as time goes on?

I don't know but 0.04_02 is a "developer release" so it's invisible on the usual JavaScript cpantesters website.

appears to be exactly the same machine as this passed test:

So I think it's safe to say that cat is back in the bag now. I'll close this issue since it relates to the bug fixes which I applied (which are in the closed issues now).
