Research and implement linking out to external resources #10

The standardized URIs can be linked out to other Semantic Web resources, such as identifiers.org, Bio2RDF, Open Phacts, LODD, DBpedia, etc. So that web crawlers and other semantic web applications can discover NCBI RDF-based resources. The linking can be attained through predicates: owl:sameAs, skos:exactMatch and so on. Reference for interlinked datasets.
