Document on readme.io #32

This was a suggestion: we could document the service on readme.io, to try it out.

Hi Chris,

We could take a look to github.io (https://pages.github.com/), that would be another way to have the service documented with some examples. Not sure whether it is the same or similar to readme.io.

Document eutils or jats-rdf?

I was thinking in terms of documenting eutils.org -- the RESTful API.

I like the idea. But I think we should do the coding first. Easier to explain why in person.
