Incorporate more stuff from Bio2RDF #8

This is very open-ended, of course.

Research Bio2RDF, and any ontologies that they have created for NCBI data. This would perhaps provide a starting point for NCBI-published ontologies over our data sets.

Reread their RDFization Guide v1.1 - this is essential reading, and describes among other things a minimal set of properties and annotations that various resources should have.
