Should add a section to the docs for third-party examples and guides using Mangum

I'm happy to add a section on how to use Mangum together with AWS API Gateway and FastAPI deployed via AWS Lambda.

Currently using the ROOT_PATH workaround but I think you may have fixed that so the documentation may be even simpler.
