Base item counts and achievements #32

The base item count on the database sits at ~1100 but exported sits at ~740, while the achievement unlocks at 750.

Need to check if the achievement is currently achievable, and finalize the count of base items.

Actual numbers are now matched at 3229 recipes and 746 results, the achievement will be fixed in v0.1.9
