Polishing changes #26

Change disableSelfEmote to something a bit better (maybe disableModelOverride)

Add try around networking features to avoid console errors for clients that don't have the mod

Move non patch functions away from patch classes

Prevent rebinding on controller only keybinds

Replace runtime netcode patcher with a compiletime netcode patcher

Networking changes will need to be done separately, they require a lot more work, the rest is done in v1.4.3
