Registered and logged in the app Submit signal iOS

Steps to reproduce

Step 1 Action: Open the app
Step 2 Action: Double click on the red paw on the map Expected Result: Signal details
Step 3 Action: Click on the trash can icon in the right corner of the screen
Step 4 Action: Confirm deletion Expected Result: The alert has been deleted
