Preconditions

Download the app register and submit signal , then log out iOS

Description

The app does not allow logout users to add status to an alert

Steps to reproduce

Step 1 Action: Open the app
Step 2 Action: Double-click on the red paw for a signal on the map Expected Result: Signal details
Step 3 Action: Click on the field to add a comment Expected Result: Message that only registered users can add comments
