feat(#9): setup expo-dev-client to support dev builds

Successfully added support for expo dev-builds.

Changes:

• Added support for expo dev-builds
• Updated node modules
• Updated metro-config.js

Test:

• Built and ran the app on an ios simulator
• Built and ran the app on an Android simulator

Note: Bottomnav bar is included but starting the conversation currently does not work due to a missing event that changes the conversationStarted prop from true to false
