Form Fix, adding new job #80

edits adding a job so that when a new job is POSTed to the database, the form will auto close

This PR changes the functionality of the add button so that when a new item is successfully added to the database, the form is closed.

This PR also removes the trashcan Icon from the add form button, and the Trash Icon will now conditionally render based on if there is a selectedJobId or not. This is to avoid any errors that may have happened if someone were to click the Trash Icon, without there being an ID for the Trash Icon to pass to the database.
